Syngear, The First Running Time Adjustable Hourglass, Seeks Kickstarter Funding

Syngear, a revolutionary running time adjustable hourglass, this week officially launched a Kickstarter campaign for garnering supper and financial backing for the final completion of the product.

The first adjustable hourglass of its kind, Syngear allows users to determine the hourglass running time by filling in the wanted amount of micro granular glass.

“By simplifying the process and just using conventional bottles, the running time can be adjusted to any desired amount,” said Ludwig Dierl, inventor. “This product is made from wood, glass, and aluminum for a very scaled back approach to something seemingly complex. A lot of trials were necessary for the perfection of this hourglass, and we are proud to announce we’re almost finished with its refinement for market!”

Syngear has small aluminum tube that supports two screw plugs in which the two bottles can be fixed. The timing member is then released by a circular disk made of acrylic glass that has a small circular hole is provided at a center position.

Supporters, also known as “Backers”, who pledge €40 or more (About $45 USD) or more will get a SYNGEAR Hourglass delivered to them anywhere in the world.

The Kickstarter campaign was launched to raise the final funds for manufacturing and expires April 21, 2016.
