John Pryor, Rugby Strength and Conditioning Coordinator, Announces New Digital Strength Training Publication
John Pryor, rugby strength and conditioning coordinator for the Japan Rugby Football Union, announces that he has created a new digital platform through which he will publish articles across a wide range of subjects pertaining to rugby, strength training and conditioning.
The new digital platform can be accessed immediately through http://johnpryorstrength.com, and Pryor has already published several articles concerning his unique approach to strength and conditioning for rugby as well as a number of other articles in which he discusses the impact of a proper approach to diet and recovery.
Pryor, who has served as the Japan Rugby Football Union’s Strength and conditioning coordinator since 2012, is also the director of JointAction Group, a company in which his focus shifts from elite international athletic competition to occupational health and wellness. In each of these roles, however different they may be, it is Pryor’s abundant expertise on the subjects of biomechanics, exercise physiology and injury prevention that has led to consistently exceptional fitness outcomes for those adhering to the programs he has developed and implemented.
“I have always believed that everyone benefits from the free exchange of ideas, so it is my hope that this new platform will encourage such an exchange while also proving to be beneficial to an incredibly broad range of people,” said Pryor. “I am constantly engaged in research on new methods that could potentially be incorporated into a training program, and I believe this platform will make it far easier for me to share a great deal of information that could be helpful to others.”
